Most fibre never makes it far enough.
One ingredient: Australian rye bran. The intact bran layer of the grain, cold-processed under 45°C. Nothing added.
What is The Rye Effect?
You eat it
One tablespoon over yoghurt, overnight oats or a smoothie. No mixing, no gelling.
It stays whole
The bran matrix is not broken apart the way isolated fibre powders are.
It resists digestion
Your own enzymes cannot break these fibres down. Most fibre products do not survive this step.
The bacteria take over
Fermented by the bacteria already living there. This is The Rye Effect.
What Ryedical can do for you.
Four reasons people add Ryedical to their everyday.
-
Regular by morning†
The change most people notice first. One tablespoon adds 5g of fibre, enough to support regular, predictable gut function.
-
Steadier energy, less crash†
Less insulin demand. Less mid-morning slump.Rye creates a slower, more even energy release than most grains.
-
Feeds the right gut bacteria†
Three prebiotic fibres. Naturally occurring.Fructans, beta-glucan, and arabinoxylan. No other wholefood contains all three.
-
Fuller between meals†
Less hunger. Less grazing.A rye-bran breakfast consistently leaves people less hungry before lunch.
† As part of a healthy diet involving the consumption of a variety of foods.
Turn the pack over. It takes two seconds.
Rye bran. That is the ingredients list. No sweetener, no flavour, no anti-caking agent, no carrier.
Milled and processed below 45°C. Grown and processed in Western Australia.
At 5g per serve Ryedical is a good source of dietary fibre under the Food Standards Code. Dietary fibre contributes to regular laxation as part of a healthy diet involving the consumption of a variety of foods.
No slime. No grit. No race against the glass.
Most people who find Ryedical are not new to fibre. They are leaving something, usually because of how it felt, not whether it worked.

From people who had tried everything else.
I have been taking products for increased fibre for years. Then I tried Ryedical and it's been the best yet. I wish I had found them earlier.
I bought Ryedical to help a friend with terrible tummy issues. She's now a repeat customer. Regular bowel movements have changed her health and she's feeling so much better.
I've been putting it on my porridge every morning. It doesn't affect the taste at all and makes my breakfast feel more wholesome.
One month is where the habit forms.
Two weeks is long enough to try something. A month is long enough to keep it.
One tablespoon (13g) per serve · 19 serves per 250g pouch · 57 serves per bundle · Contains gluten
Before you order.
Does it contain gluten?
Yes. Rye is a gluten grain. Ryedical is not suitable for anyone with coeliac disease or on a gluten-free diet.
What about FODMAPs and IBS?
Rye contains naturally occurring FODMAPs. If you have IBS or are in the elimination phase of a low-FODMAP diet, introduce it carefully or speak with your dietitian first.
When will I notice something?
Most people notice a change in the first week, building over two to four weeks. It is not an overnight laxative. It is a food, and it works the way food works.
What does it taste like?
Mild and slightly nutty. On yoghurt or in a smoothie most people cannot tell it is there. It does not gel, thicken or turn to jelly in the glass.
Is this like psyllium husk?
No. Psyllium is an isolated soluble fibre that forms a gel almost immediately in water. Ryedical is the intact bran layer of the rye grain, a dense fibre matrix that stays largely whole until it reaches the colon. If psyllium works for you, keep using it.
Why is it more expensive than supermarket bran?
About $1.18 a serve, or $1.05 on subscription. Supermarket bran is a milling by-product, heat-treated for shelf life and sold by the kilo. Ours is cold-processed below 45°C in small runs in Western Australia and sold as the product, not the leftover.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, online, in about 60 seconds. Log in, open your subscription, skip, pause or cancel. No email or phone call required.
