Where We Ship

Ryedical currently ships within Australia only.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders over $50 (including all 3-Pouch Bundles and Subscriptions).

$5.00 flat-rate shipping on single pouch orders.

First-time orders ship free, regardless of order value.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times

We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Same state: 2–4 business days Interstate: 3–6 business days Regional and remote areas may take longer.

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post's service conditions.

Subscription Deliveries

Subscription orders (3-Pouch Bundle) are dispatched automatically every 30 days. Your first order ships immediately upon sign-up and is processed within 1–2 business days. Subsequent deliveries follow a 30-day billing cycle from your sign-up date.

At the recommended 1.5–2 serves per day, a 3-pouch subscription provides approximately 29–38 days of supply, ensuring your next delivery is on its way before you run out.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time — there are no fees or penalties.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via the Australia Post website.

Issues with Delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@ryedical.com with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.
