30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If Ryedical isn't right for you for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@ryedical.com with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
You do not need to return the product to receive a refund.
Subscription Refunds
If you cancel your subscription before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. If you have already been charged for the current billing cycle and the order has not yet shipped, contact us at contact@ryedical.com and we will issue a full refund for that charge. If the order has already shipped, our standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us at contact@ryedical.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
