By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products

Ryedical is a wholefood product — 100% organic rye bran. It is a food, not a therapeutic good, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Important: Ryedical contains gluten and is not suitable for people with coeliac disease or non-coeliac gluten sensitivity. If you have any dietary concerns or medical conditions, consult your healthcare professional before use.

We have made every effort to display the product as accurately as possible on the website. Actual product packaging and appearance may vary slightly from images shown.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment providers.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are recurring purchases that are automatically billed and shipped on a 30-day cycle. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the subscription price on each billing date until you cancel.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@ryedical.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again after cancellation. If you cancel before your next billing date and the order has not yet shipped, you will not be charged.
