What a better fibre habit can support

A better fibre habit that fits real life.

Four everyday benefits, plus approximately 5g of fibre per serve—a meaningful step towards your daily fibre.

01

Supports everyday regularity

Dietary fibre contributes to regular laxation and a predictable daily rhythm.

02

Feel fuller for longer

A fibre-rich meal can feel more substantial between meals.

03

Steadier energy after eating

A more fibre-rich meal may support a more gradual post-meal response.

04

Feeds good gut bacteria

Rye bran contains fermentable and insoluble fibres as part of its naturally occurring fibre mix.

Fibre plus, from one food

Each tablespoon comes with more than just fibre.

Ryedical gives you 5g of fibre plus more in every tablespoon.

Both fibre types, not one

Soluble and insoluble, in the ratio the grain grew them in. Most supplements isolate a single fibre and give you that alone.

Three prebiotic fibres, naturally

The grain with highest concentration of fermentable prebiotic fibres to feed good gut bacteria.

Alkylresorcinols and vitamin E, already in the grain

Rye bran has more alkylresorcinols than any other common cereal, plus vitamin E in the rarer tocotrienol form.

Cold or room temperature

Add it to food already in your day.

Blend it, top with it or mix it through. Ryedical is cold-processed, so keep it out of the oven, off the stove and away from hot food.

Blend

Smoothies and cold drinks

Blend a tablespoon into a smoothie, shake or other cold drink.

Top

Yoghurt, fruit and cereal

Sprinkle it over food that is already cold or at room temperature.

Mix

Overnight oats and cold bowls

Stir it through and let the bran soften as the food rests.

No bake

Energy bites and bliss balls

Mix it through a fridge-set batch without adding heat.

Honest suitability

Ryedical is not right for everyone.

Rye contains gluten, so Ryedical is not suitable for people with coeliac disease or non-coeliac gluten sensitivity. Rye bran is also naturally high in fructans, so speak with your dietitian before use if you follow a low-FODMAP diet.

Ryedical is food, not a medicine or rapid-relief product. If you have persistent digestive symptoms, a diagnosed condition, take medication or have been advised to follow a therapeutic diet, ask an appropriate health professional whether it suits you.

Contains gluten. Introduce fibre gradually and drink enough fluid.

Questions, answered plainly

What is Ryedical?

Ryedical is Australian rye bran. It is a one-ingredient food designed to make adding more dietary fibre to everyday meals simple.

How much should I use?

One tablespoon, or 13g, is one serve and provides approximately 5g of dietary fibre. Work gradually towards 1.5–2 serves across the day and drink enough fluid.

Do I have to eat it at breakfast?

No. Breakfast can be an easy starting point, but Ryedical can be added to any suitable cold or room-temperature meal or snack. Split your serves across the day if that suits your routine better.

Does it contain gluten?

Yes. Rye contains gluten. Ryedical is not suitable for people with coeliac disease or non-coeliac gluten sensitivity.

How long does a pouch last?

A 250g pouch contains approximately 19 serves. Two pouches provide approximately 38 serves and suit a gradual start. At 1.5–2 serves a day ongoing, three pouches are approximately one month's supply.
